The reporter learned from the Ministry of culture and tourism on June 1 that according to the notice of the Ministry of culture and tourism on adjusting the examination and approval of entertainment places and Internet service business places recently, foreign investors are allowed to set up entertainment places in China according to law and the restriction on the proportion of foreign investment is cancelled. Foreign investors applying to engage in business activities of entertainment places shall submit an application to the provincial administrative department of culture and tourism. The application materials, establishment conditions and procedures shall be consistent with those of domestic capital. Investors from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region invest in the establishment of entertainment places in the mainland, and investors from Taiwan invest in the establishment of entertainment places in the mainland（ Reporter Yu Junjie)
